There are two different ways to check the status of a ticket you submitted.
Check Ticket Status Via Online Assist Portal
To check the status of your ticket using the Tagence Online Assist portal, follow these instructions:
1. Log in to your Online Assist account by going to https://support.tagence.com
2. From the main page, click either the Check Ticket Status link on the page, or click the Tickets link within the navigation menu.
Alternatively, you can click the Check Ticket Status link next to the search bar from any other page within the portal (this link is not available from the main portal page).
3. You will be taken to your tickets page, which will display a list of all tickets in order beginning with the most recent.
From here, you can view All Tickets, which is the default, or use the dropdown menu to view only Open or Pending tickets, or only Resolved or Closed tickets.
Check Ticket Status Via Link in Email
To check the status of your ticket without logging in to the Tagence Online Assist portal, check your email for the ticket. Once the initial email has been located, click the link provided to be taken to your ticket.
